I had high cholesterol, my gp put me on statins which had an adverse effect on me. I saw an alternative health care provider and she recommended chlor 5. My cholesterol is down to 5.3 which I am happy with it was 8.2. Thankyou so much for this product.
Just one question I take 2 a day, is it better to take in the evening when cholesterol is higher?

I took a chance on this, my digestive system had stopped, I was constipated despite drinking pints of water, I felt, for some reason that all the good gut stuff had gone. Ive been taking two capsules a day for 4/6 weeks and there's a deffinate improvement. There is a strong back taste but its not unpleasent.
